City Spirits Return and Delivery Policies

Return Policy:

City Spirits prides itself in having a quality selection, so if you find that you don’t like one of our wines or that the bottle is corked, just bring back the open bottle with your receipt within 7 days, and we’ll credit you the cost to put towards another bottle. We just ask that you let us know what it is you didn’t like so that we can better find a selection that will suit your taste. For unopened bottles, a store credit will be given with a valid receipt for up to 7 days after the date of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our policy on and individual basis and after notice if we feel the policy is being abused.

Delivery Policy:

City Spirits delivers to the Downtown Denver business disctrict, located off of the entire length of the 16th Street Mall, 3 blocks in each direction.  Per state law, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages in Colorado, therefore, whomever purchased online MUST be present with legal proof of age in order for the sale and delivery to be completed.  The purchasor is also required by state law to sign for the delivery.  City Spirits does not ship via US mail or any other mail service, so please see our delivery map on this website for the range of our local delivery.  All deliveries are performed by City Spirits' employees, so rest assured your delivery is in good hands!
