This wine is named the "Cigarzin" because it was made to pair well with cigars! This works out well for us because we just happen to have a cigar shop right next door, "Tukesberry." This zinfandel is extremely rich and well structured with more exotic fruit characteristics than most zinfandels. Aromas of dark fruit, spice and black pepper lead to flavors of ripe blackberry and boysenberry, with notes of cherry, clove, and pepper. The finish is complex, yet approachable, and displays dense layers of boysenberry jam and cocoa powder.
